Viking Glass for sale now on Ebay
Viking Glass Company was one of the large West Virginia glass manufacturers until they went out of business in the late 1980's. THey produced a large volume and variety of glass items for both retail and wholesale trade. This handblown (into a mold) glass came in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes. It is a popular collectible on Ebay where there are frequent auctions.
We have been able to acquire one of their old catalogs from 1958 and hope to be able to publish it on the web soon. As the list below shows, they made all kinds of glass products. We like the many kinds of old glass and collect as much of it as we can. We live in New Mexico, USA and so almost the only viking glass available locally is what can be found in antique shops. Ebay shopping is much cheaper and easier because the sellers in glass rich parts of the country are happy with much more reasonable prices for their items.
